A few to begin with
The work
Five bodies of work
- EN Shoot-rooting Root-sprouting
Growth read in both directions at once — what reaches up is also what holds down. A study of becoming, where the soil and the shoot are the same gesture.
- EN The circle is not round
A meditation on the imperfect return. We come back to the same places and find them moved — geometry bent by the time it took to arrive.
- IT Il dottore della peste
The plague doctor — a figure of fear and care wearing the same beaked mask. A series on the masks we put on to survive what we cannot yet name.
- IT La memoria si fa carne
Memory made flesh. The body as an archive — every scar, fold and gesture a sentence the past keeps repeating through us.
- FR Le plat pays qui est un peu le mien
The flat country that is a little mine — horizons so wide the sky does the work of mountains. On belonging to a place by the weight of its emptiness.
